The Grace Message

Dear Sundersathji: Meher Sagar is the Ocean of Sri Rajji's Divine Grace.  With His Grace comes everything.  Through His grace, He has brought us all the divine tastes--both the realization of His eternal bliss and His divine greatness.

Sri Rajji's Grace has simplified the path to self-realization.  Since we are taught in the Grace School, we don't have to go to the Law School or the School of Philosophy!

Na sikhey sikhaye sohobatey, hakk meherey paaiyat ||

Since everything follows faith, Let's have faith in His grace.  Let's not be a disgrace to Rajji's Grace!
Grace of God is the only way out!
Grace is our life.
Most of us in this modern world are egomaniacs!
Remember!  We can't help ourselves.
Grace helps us!

Rajji's grace is amazing.  We are all trophies of Grace.
Grace taught us how to live soberly and righteously.
Grace brought salvation to the world.
Grace has brought us our Eternal Home.
Grace asks from us our self-less services (seva) to Rajji.
Grace has materialized our Blessed Hope for Great Return.

We find Him because He found us.
He seeks us–not that we seek Him.
He has set His gracious eyes on us, not otherwise.
We see Him because He has chosen to see us.
We are awake because He woke us up.
It's all the work of Rajji's Amazing Grace.
It is His Grace, which does everything to us.

Why Should We Recite Meher Sagar Daily?

The supremely divine (noori) swaroop of Rajji constantly releases His grace and love through His heart and His eyes. All that emerges from Rajji's heart is for the sole happiness of His souls.  For this reason, it makes sense for the souls to immerse daily in this Divine Ocean of Grace.  A true Nijanandi sundersath shall seek refuge in Meher Sagar for all occasions in his or her life.

The entire Paramdham is non-dual - unity - made from one supremely divine element 'Noor.'    Eight Oceans of Paramdham represents the eight organs of Sri Rajji, and therefore, they are all inter-linked.  Since all of the Seven Oceans merge into Meher Sagar, it is also called Servaras Sagar.  It offers the taste of all the seven oceans. Meher Sagar offers the supreme power, brilliance and glory of the Noor Sagar, and the blissful calmness and beauty of the Neer Sagar. Meher Sagar brings the glittering oneness of the Khir Sagar and the infinite peace and coolness of the Dadhi Sagar. Meher Sagar brings limitless Love (Ishak) and affection of Dhrut Sagar, the confidence of Divine Knowledge (Elam) of the Madhu Sagar, and the unique taste of Divine relationship (nisbat) of the Rus Sagar.

This way, Meher Sagar brings the divine qualities of all oceans.  It symbolizes the complete Paramdham.  Therefore, it is rightly recognized as Sarva Rus Sagar.

Meher Sagar is Sri Rajji's Purna Swaroop.  It represents Rajji's heart, where all tastes are found.  Therefore, its recital is regarded as equivalent of one Akhand Parayana.

Meher Sagar: The Ocean of Divine Grace
Verse-to-Verse Translation
Holy Kuljam Swaroop
Aur sagar jo meher ka, so shobha ati leit |
Laheren aavey meher sagar, khubi sukh samet ||

And, this eighth ocean of the Lord's Grace, shines in its full glory in the East of Rang Mahol.  Its divinely charged waves unceasingly bring about the infinite treasure of eternal joy and happiness. 1

Hukum meher ke hath mein, josh meher ke anga |
Ishak aavey meher se, besak elam tin sang ||

Hukum (His will) is in the hands of His grace and josh (His inspirational power) is an integral part of His grace.  Ishak (unparalleled love for Rajji) comes only through His grace.  Of course, besak elam-the doubtless Divine Wisdom-flows automatically with His grace. 2

Puri meher jit hakk ki, tit aur kaha chahiyat |
Hakk meher jit hot hai, jit asal hai nisbat ||

What else is needed where there is an infinite abundance of Rajji's grace?  Sri Rajji's grace is always present wherever His Souls are. 3

Meher hot avval se, eat hi hot hukum |
Julus saath sab tin ke, kachhu kami na karat khasam ||

Sri Rajji's grace has blessed the souls from the very beginning, i.e., from Paramdham, and so has His hukum.  Sri Rajji never lets His souls experience any deficiency.  He has brought all the treasures, including His hukum and His Lordship, for His darling souls. 4

Eah khel huva meher vastey, mahen khelavey sab meher |
Jathey meher judu huiah tab hot sab jeher ||

This worldly drama came into being because of Sri Rajji wanted to bless His souls with His grace. His grace prompts everyone in this grand play.  From whoever separates His grace, his entire life becomes poisonous.  5

Dou meher dekhat khel mein, lok dekhey upar ka jahur |
Jaye andar meher kachhu nahin, akhar hot hakk se dur ||

While an awakened soul enjoys both jahiri (external, worldly) and batuni (internal, spiritual) grace of the Lord, the people of the world see only the external aspect of it.  Without receiving Rajji's batuni grace, ultimately these people are separated from Him, i.e., they do not get the eternal happiness of Paramdham.  6

Meher soi jo batune, jo meher bahir aur mahin |
Akhar lag taraf dhani ki, kami kachhu aavat nahin ||

Therefore, in reality, the true grace is the batuni grace.  It brings the perfect and lasting joy in both the worlds.  Nothing more is needed until the End-time when a soul is immersed in it. 7

Meher hot hai jin upar, meher dekaht pancho tatwa |
Pind brahmand sab meher ke, meher ke bich basat ||

On whomsoever is Rajji's grace, that individual realizes that this creation of five elements and his own individual physical existence is solely the product of Rajji's grace.8

Dukh rupi ean jimi mein, dukh na kahu dekhat |
Baat badi hai meher ki, jo dukh mein sukh levat ||

On whom is Rajji's grace, that individual easily wins over all the pains and sufferings, which are mainly due to the very nature of this creation.  It is the greatness of Rajji's grace that an awakened soul enjoys pleasure even in pain. 9

Sukh mein to sukh dayam, par swad na aavat upar |
Dukh aavey sukh aavat, so meher kholat najar ||
Ean dukh ki jimi mein baith ke, meherey dekhey dukh dur |
Kayam sukh jo hakk ke, so meher karat hajoor ||

In the state of pure happiness (for example, in Paramdham), one does not really value its taste.  However, with the experience of pain, one can feel the value of happiness.  Rajji's grace opened my eyes and made this clear to me.  Even while sitting in this world of sufferings, an awakened soul, being protected by the shield of Rajji's grace, sees no pain nearby.  Only His grace is powerful enough to bring the eternal happiness. 10,11

Mein dekhya dil vichaar ke, ishak hakk ka jit |
Ishak meher se aayiya, avval meher hai teet ||

When I thought deeply, I realized that Ishak (Love for Rajji) comes only through His grace.  In fact, Rajji's grace and Ishak, both coexist.  12

Apna elam jin det hai, so bhi meher se besak |
Meher sab vidh lyavat, jit hukum meher josh hakk ||

Whomever Rajji grants His divine wisdom, for sure, it is given by His grace.  His grace brings it all, including His hukum and josh. 13

Jako let hei meher mein, taye pehley meherey banavey vajood|
Gun anga indriya meher ki, rooh meher fukat mahen bund ||

Whomever Rajji embraces in His grace, first He transforms that person's body like His own.  Even in this false world, With the blow of His grace, Rajji transforms an individual's gunas (characteristics), organs and senses. 14

Meher singasan bethak, meher chavar sir chhatra |
Sohobat sena meher ki, dil chahey meher vajantra ||

Such a fortunate soul qualifies for the kingly luxury of His gracious throne, a royal umbrella, and a flywhisk -- all made from His grace.  Such a soul is also empowered by the company of the graceful souls, who entertain him with their graceful music. 15

Boli bulavey meher ki, aur meherey ka chalan |
Raat din dou meher mein, hoi meherey milava ruhan ||

The nectar of grace oozes out of all his words and actions.  His day and night passes in grace, and only this grace brings him the company of all other souls.  16

Bandgi jikar meher ki, eah meher hakk hukum |
Ruhen baithi meher chhaya miney,  piye meher ras ishak elam ||

His life becomes truly prayerful.  Such is the grace and will of Rajji.  The souls relax in Rajji's lotus feet, under the cool shade of His grace, and drink the nectar of His Ishak (divine love) and Elam (divine wisdom).17

Jit meher tit sab hai, meher avval lag aakhir |
Sohobat meher devhin, kahun meher sifat kyon kar ||

Where there is grace, there is everything form the beginning to the end.  His grace brings us a true company of His lotus feet.  How can I express the gratitude of grace? 18

Yeh jo dariya meher ka, batuni jahir dekhat |
Sab sukh dekhat tahan, meher jit basat ||

In the ocean of grace, there are hidden, both the external and internal happiness. All kinds of happiness pervade where there is a presence of His grace. 19

Bich nabood duniy ke, aayi meher hakk khilwat |
Tinsey sab kayam hueah, meher ki barkat ||

In the midst of this perishable world, the Khilwat of Paramdham (i.e., Rajji, Shyamaji and the Brahmn Srishti souls) descended only due to grace.  Consequently, all the worldly jivas found the path to eternity. 20

Varnan karun kyon meher ki, sifat na pahunchat |
Eah meher hakk ki batuni, najar mahen basat ||

How can I describe the glory of Lord's batuni grace, which He holds in His eyes?  Batuni grace is the grace that is hidden, intrinsic or spiritual in nature. 21

Eah meher karat sab jahir, sab ka mata tolat |
Jo kin kano na sunya, so meher magaj kholat ||

This batuni grace reveals the esoteric secrets about the Supreme Brahmn and His Paramdham for the first time.  It weighs all the world scriptures against the Tartam Knowledge. 22

Barnan karun kyon meher ki, jo basat hakk ke dil |
Jako dil mein let hei, tahan aavat nyamat sab mil ||

How can I describe the splendor of that grace which resides in Rajji's heart?  Whoever (or whatever) He takes to His heart; naturally, there flows all the bounties.23

Barnan karun kyon meher ki, jo basat mahen hakk |
Jako nivajey meher mein, taaeah det aap mafak ||

How can I describe the batuni grace, which resides within our Lord's heart?  Whomever He showers His grace upon, that person receives all His qualifications. 24

Baat badi hai meher ki, jit meher tit sab |
Nimesh na chhodey najar sey, ean upar kaha kahun aub ||

Great is the grace of Rajji, which never leaves me out of His sight.  What more should I say about it? 25

Jahan aap tahan najar, jahan najar tahan meher |
Meher bina aur jo kachhu, so sab lagey jeher ||

Oh Rajji!  Wherever you are seated, your sight, and hence your grace, is present.  Everything without your grace is like poison to me. 26

Baat badi hai meher ki, meher hoi na bina ankur |
Ankur soi hakk nisbati, mahen basat tajjala noor ||

One unique thing about Rajji's batuni grace is that no one but the seed people (the ankuri) qualifies for that.  These seed people are the Brahmn Srishti souls, who reside in Paramdham. 27

Jyon meher tyon josh hei, jyon josh tyon hukum |
Meher rahat noor bal liye tahan hakk ishak elam ||

With the influx of Rajji's Grace, comes His Josh (Zeal) and hukum (will).  In addition, of course, His grace being the form of His intellect (Jagrit Buddh), the awareness of the divine wisdom (Elam) and the unparalleled love (Ishak) flows automatically. 28

Mitha sukh meher sagar, meher mein hakk aaram |
Meher ishak hakk anga hai, meher ishak prem kaam ||

The Ocean of Grace is sweet and pleasant. The souls enjoy tranquility in Lord's grace. Both grace and Ishak are Rajji's organs.
His dynamic grace transforms into Ishak, which brings the greatest fulfillment to the souls. 29

Kaam badey ean meher ke, eah meher ean hakk |
Meher hot jin upar, taye det aap mafak ||

Rajji's grace is miraculously powerful. Whoever receives His grace, he becomes like Him.  30

Meherey khel banaiya, vastey meher momin |
Meherey milawa huva, aur meherey firastan ||

Lord showered His grace upon the souls, and enacted this worldly play.  Now, His grace will awake and bring all the Brahmn Srishti and Ishwari Srishti souls together to their abodes.  31

Meherey rasul hoi aayiya, meherey hakk liye furman |
Kunji lyaye meher ki, kari meherey hakk pehechan ||

Prophet Muhammad came as His messenger and brought the holy Koran due to the Lord's grace.
It is also due to the same grace that Shyamaji (in the person of Dev Chandraji) brought the Tartam Key, which enabled the souls to realize the true form, sports and abode of the Supreme Brahmn Sri Rajji.  32

Dai meherey kunji imam ko, tino muhammad surat |
Meherey dai hikmat, kari meherey jaher hakikat ||

Finally, the Lord's grace handed over the Tartam Key and the art of disclosing the esoteric secrets of the scriptures to Imam Mehndi Sri Prannathji.  Thus, the factual divine wisdom became clear to the world through the evolutionary work of each one of the three manifestations (Basri, Malki, and Hakki) of the Supreme Brahmn.  33

So furman meherey kholiya, kari jaher meherey aakhrat |
Meherey samjeh momin, kari meher jaher khilwat ||

It is the Lord's grace, which disclosed the hidden meanings of Koran and the time and the signs of Kayamat, the final day of judgement.  Therefore, the Brahmn Srishti souls realized the blissful sports of Paramdham.  34

Eah meher momin par, eahi khasal khas ummat |
Dai meherey bhist saban ko, so meher momino barkat ||

In fact, the real grace is on the Brahmn Srishti souls, who are the Lord's chosen ones.  Because, the entire universe will attain eternity through the grace of these Brahmn Srishti Souls in Yogmaya.  35

Meherey khel dekhya momino, meherey aaye taley kadam |
Meherey kayamat kar ke, meherey hans ke miley khasam ||

Due to His grace, the Brahmn Srishti Souls witnessed this worldly drama.  Due to His grace, all these souls came in His lotus-feet.  Due to the same grace, the universe will attain eternity and the Brahmn Srishti souls will meet their Lord Rajji with joy and happiness.  36

Meher ki baatey to kahun, jo meher ko hovey paar |
Meherey hakk nyamat sab mapi, meher meher ko nahin sumar ||

I can talk about His grace only if there is any limit of it.  Only with His grace, I could measure all His bounties.  With such an abundant grace on me, I can only tell that His grace is fathomless.  37

Jo meher thadhi rahey toh meher mapi jaye |
Meher pal mein badhey kot guni, so kyon meherey meher mapaaye ||

Again, I can measure His grace only if it stabilizes even for a moment.  How can one measure the total grace even with the grace that I have received, when the level of His grace rises millions of times in a moment?  38

Meherey dil arash kiya, dil momino meher sagar |
Hakk meher ley baithey dil mein, dekho momino meher kadar||

His grace transformed the soul's heart in to His Abode.  Thus, the hearts of the souls became the ocean of grace.  O my Brahmn Srishti souls!  Just think about it, how graceful is our great Lord.  39

Baat badi hai meher ki, hakk ke dil ka pyaar |
So janey dil hakk ka, ya meher janey meher ko sumar ||

Profound is the subject of Rajji's grace, which reflects the love in His heart for the souls.
Only Rajji's heart, or the grace itself, knows the greatness and the glory of His grace. 40

Jo eak vachan kahun meher ka, ley meher samajiyo soi |
Apaar umar apaar jubayen, meher ko hisaab na hoi ||

O my dear souls!  Please understand that even if I tell you one word about grace, it is only due to His grace.  The account of His grace is beyond conclusion, and I can never finish it even if I try to put it together for infinite lives and with infinite number of tongues.  41

Nipat bada sagar aathma, eah meher ko nikey jaan |
Eah meher hoi tuz upar, toh meher ki hoi pehchan ||

Please know it for sure, that this eighth ocean of grace is truly great.  You can realize its greatness, only if He showers His grace upon you.  42

Saat sagar varnan kiye, sagar aathva bina hisaab |
Eah meher ko paar na aavhin, jo kei kot karun kitaab ||

Previously, I described the seven oceans of the Paramdham.  However, this Eighth Ocean of Grace is beyond all words and numbers.  It can not be fully described even if I write down millions of books about it.  43

Eah meher momin janhin, jin upar hai meher |
Tako hakk ki meher bina, aur dekhey sab jeher ||

Only the souls of Paramdham, upon who is Lord's grace, realize the value of this grace.  Anything without His grace seems poisonous to these souls.  44

Sri mahamati kahey eah momino, eah meher bada sagar |
So meherey hakk kadmon taley, piyo amiras hakk najar ||

Shri Mahamati says, " O my dear sundersath souls!  Now that you know the greatest Ocean of Lord's grace, please come quickly under His lotus feet, and experience the nectar of His graceful sight.  45
